1. PRICE OF GOODS
We issue Sales Note or Proforma Invoice for each consignment to the Purchaser. All sales notes state name, description, quantity, price, delivery date, destination, validity of trade terms and payment terms, etc of the Goods.
2. MINIMUM SHIPMENT
Unless otherwise specified, the prices listed in this website are FOB Japan based on "minimum order 15 units".
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
100% Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) payment in advance.
4. SHIPMENT
Unless otherwise specified, the goods shall be shipped within 14 working days from the date then the payment for the goods is entered in the Seller's bank account. In case of payment in advance and impossibility to deliver the goods, except force majeure, the Seller shall return received sum not later than in 90 days from date of payment.
5. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once shipment in completed, B/L number, Departure Date and ETA will be informed to you by fax or email.
6. Condition of products
All the products are tested for its functional condition. However they are AS IS condition and not refurbished. Any of minor body scratches, cracks and stains which generated during the period in use and not damaging system function is disclaimed for warranty. Inner batteries are disclaimed for warranty
7. WARRANTY
All the secondhand computers and peripherals except "NON-WORKING PRODUCTS" are tested its full function. All used computers carry three(3) weeks limited warranty from the date of shipping date out of Japan. Unless otherwise specified, every used laptop computer come with an AC adapter, however, the most of used products do not come with manuals or instruction since they are not avaialble. In case of any claim for which the seller is responsible, the seller has the option to either replace the defective products or pay the repairing cost occurred at your end or to return money to the purchaser not exceeding the invoice value of such defective products and take the damage product back to our company at our expense. In such case, the purchaser must give us a written notice of any claim within 3 weeks after the shipping date out of Japan. If the purchaser fails to comply with the stipulation mentioned above, such claim shall be deemed to have been waived and absolutely barred. We shall not however in any event be liable for any indirect or incidental damages or any consequential damages during the transportation and/or resulting from the use or misuse of product.
8. VOLTAGE & FREQUENCY
The purchaser shall arrange an appropriate plug connector or transformer which is suitable with a voltage system in the purchaser's country. The seller shall not be liable for any damages or claim caused by a misuse of the AC voltage system.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of impossibility in complete or partial execution of the obligations by each of Parties by reason of fire, natural calamity, war, military operations, blockade, prohibition for exportation or importation, or any other circumstances beyond the Parties's control, the party involved in any of theses events shall be exempted from any obligation to be performed hereunder and thereunder. Provided that the party so affected shall immediately notify the other Party of the delay or non-performance of its obligations and shall take all reasonable steps to alleviate the cause of the force majeure, if possible.
10. INSURANCE
The purchaser undertakes to arrange insurance of the goods unless otherwise specified.
11. TAXES & DUTIES
All taxes and duties, banking charges raised in connection with the fulfillment of the contracts in the territory of the purchaser's country shall be born by the purchaser.
12. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT
No cancellation is accepted for the products ordered. In case of no payment confirmation after 5 days of purchase order, it is considered as cancellation. The Seller has the right to cancel the contract if the purchaser failed to fulfill its obligations. All alterations and amendments to the present contract shall be valid if they have been done in written form and signed by both parties.
